IN HOME VISIT

We’ll meet with you in your home, where we can talk ideas, availability, logistics and more.

It is best if all interested family parties are present so that we can hear from everyone involved regarding the wants and needs to achieve a successful remodel.

We will ask questions and listen. Taking into consideration the building, budget, and logistics, we will make some recommendations and determine the scope of your design needs.

If all parties feel like we are a good fit, we move on to design phase.

DESIGN PHASE

Remodeling design is essential to a successful project!
The remodeling design process encompasses several different steps and phases:

  • Research building codes when needed.
  • Survey of existing structure and conditions.
  • Measurements and photos.
  • Concept to final drawings.
  • 3D Photorealistic Images
  • A full scope of work written with detailed specifications.
  • Trade specialists visiting the property. i.e. Plumber, Electrician.
  • Interior will help to select finish products. Job costing to produce the budget.

Once the remodel design process is approved, we produce a remodel build proposal.
The client can accept the proposal, or they can put their project out to bid.

PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE

Procure finish products. Arrange delivery so that everything needed to complete the project is on hand or confirmed to be on hand in advance of when it is needed.

  • Building permits
  • Personal belongings storage
  • Other site/area preparation needed prior to construction

BUILD PHASE

During the build phase our clients can expect:
Protection of areas not to be renovated/disturbed

  •  Safety measures
  • Daily communication
  •  Site meetings with trades to review plans, conditions & logistics
  • Close supervision of workmen
  • Project manager available for Building Inspectors
