What Does the Design Phase Involve?
This phase is exciting and essential to your remodeling project.
A survey is taken of your existing structure and it’s condition. Building codes are researched when needed according to your build situation. Precise measurements and photos are taken to document and plan. Concepts are then drawn out. Sometimes different trade specialists like plumbers and electricians will meet us at the property to discuss the work to be done.

Design Approved!
