For more than 20 years, I have completed hundreds of complex residential and light commercial construction projects as a general contractor, designer, and project manager. I take full ownership of each project by guiding all work and deliverables from early concept through final inspection and close-out. With my vast experience spanning design-build delivery, architectural design, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution, I excel at solving difficult problems involving operational risk, time and budget constraints, and high customer expectations. In addition to my construction project management experience, I have also built, scaled, and refined profitable construction businesses by combining strong leadership habits with repeatable systems, process innovation, and a relentless focus on customer experience. My achievements also include rebranding companies, redesigning workflows, developing effective sales and marketing programs, and implementing innovative design-build models that increase margins, reduce risk, and strengthen market differentiation. My approach is rooted in integrity, long-term thinking, and operational excellence, with an emphasis on creating businesses that are resilient, reputable, and positioned for sustainable growth. As I look toward the future, I am deeply interested in partnering with business owners to strengthen, scale, and steward construction organizations. I value craftsmanship, professionalism, and continuous improvement in every business and design decision.
Kristen began her career in Banking. She has worked for JP Morgan Chase, Republic Bank, and Alternative Investment Companies. She has also assisted building family businesses in the Construction industry for over 30 years prior to starting Riverbirch.
