Welcome to Greymist Lane Kitchen Remodel

We are excited to share this beautiful completed kitchen remodel in Cary, NC. So much went on in this project to give our clients the extra storage and countertop space they desired. This kitchen finish has a clean and upscale look.

Kitchen Issues To Be Solved

The owner did not have enough countertop space, so we reconfigured the layout. The refrigerator was moved to maximize the countertop area, and a large pantry was designed to add more storage space.

The cabinets were dated style-wise. So, we designed an inset-style cabinet where uniformity of size is very important.

We removed the soffit and designed the cabinets to tie into the house crown for a high-end custom appearance. The cabinet crown color was matched to the cabinet colors.

Finally, we designed a more efficient hood ventilation system. It has a custom appearance and better function.

This beautiful update was made possible by removing the knee wall between the dining area to the living room. Replacing the carpet with new wood flooring to create a cohesive look. The kitchen area feels more spacious after repainting it with a beautiful neutral color. By replacing the small corner pantry with a wall of custom-built cabinets, this homeowner now has twice the functional storage and a larger-feeling kitchen.

Beautiful Downstairs Remodel + Master Suite Addition

Our latest master suite addition project also included a downstairs renovation. We remodeled the existing kitchen, laundry, powder, dining, and living room. This older home is located in an incredible, established golf course community. You’re going to love this remodeling project in Cary, NC!

This spacious master bedroom suite includes a luxury bathroom with his/her vanity, soaking tub, his/her separate closets, and bedroom. These homeowners are truly going to enjoy the addition of a partial wrap-around porch.

The During Construction Phase

This project was a major remodel of the existing kitchen and living room. It was completely gutted down to the studs.

The new addition of a master suite and 2 walk-in closets was constructed off the back of the home. Then, a deck was installed along the entire width of the addition. This maximized the relaxing and entertaining space for this young family.
